Liberty County Justice Center
The primary public courthouse address for Liberty County Court users is the Liberty County Justice Center at 201 South Main Street, Hinesville, Georgia 31313. The Clerk of Courts is in Suite 1200. Liberty County Court History
The Clerk's history page says Georgia's 1777 Constitution established Superior Court of final jurisdiction for each county, and the 1798 Constitution established Superior Court as the highest court in the state.
